Cocktail recipes from New York City's Dante

In 2019 Dante, on Macdougal Side road in New York Town, was once voted “Highest Bar In The Global.” Dante gives “Sunday Morning” audience a number of recipes for a few of their most well liked cocktails – easiest in your very personal digital cocktail hour whilst in quarantine. Skol!

Dante’s Negroni


1 oz.. Bombay Sapphire
¾ oz.. Campari
¾ oz.. Martini & Rossi candy vermouth

Means: Stir and pressure on 1 massive ice dice.
Glass: Etched Rocks.
Garnish: Orange twist + plastic stirrer.

Negroni Bianco.

1 oz.. Brooklyn gin
½ oz.. Alessio bianco vermouth
½ oz.. Carpano dry vermouth
1 oz.. Quinquina aperitif
three dashes of lemon bitters
1 sprint of verjus/chardonnay vinegar

Means: Stir on ice and pressure.
Glass: Nick & Nora.
Garnish: Lemon twist (discard) + child’s breath flora.

1.five oz.. Campari
Contemporary ‘fluffy’ orange juice

Means: Upload 2 ice cubes to glass. Upload Campari and somewhat of the OJ. Stir smartly to mix. Upload 1 extra ice dice and fill rest of glass with OJ.
Glass: Garibaldi.
Garnish: Orange wedge resting on rim + white plate.





1 oz.. Gray Goose
1 oz.. Bombay Sapphire
1 oz.. Noilly Prat dry vermouth
¼ oz.. St Germain
2 dashes TBT olive bitters

Means: Pour without delay from frozen bottle.
Glass: Nick & Nora (no sidecar).
Garnish: Spray of lime zest oils; drops of olive oil; 1 olive; steel plate.
