A coalition of 16 US states led through California is suing President Donald Trump’s management over his resolution to claim an emergency to lift price range for a Mexican border wall.
The lawsuit was once filed within the courtroom for the Northern District of California.
It comes days after Mr Trump invoked emergency powers to circumvent Congress and protected investment for the challenge – a key marketing campaign pledge.
