A Florida mom who advised police that her Nine-year-old son with autism was once kidnapped from the automobile parking space of a House Depot in Miami has now been charged in his homicide.
Patricia Ripley was once taken into custody overdue Friday evening and charged with first-degree homicide within the loss of life of her son, Alejandro Ripley.
Alejandro, who was once nonverbal, was once discovered useless Friday morning, hours after government issued an Amber Alert and introduced an in depth seek for him.
“We’re very unhappy to record that the kid was once discovered deceased,” the Florida Department of Law Enforcement stated.
Ripley advised Miami-Dade police that she and her son had been adopted and ambushed Thursday evening through two males in a car who demanded medication.
“The motive force of the unknown car tried to side-swipe her car,” police stated in a remark. “The car then blocked her in whilst a male passenger ambushed her, difficult medication.”
Ripley stated she advised the boys she did not have any medication and that they then stole her mobile phone and kidnapped Alejandro.
A kid’s frame was once discovered about 4 miles from the place the Alejandro was once reported taken, the Miami-Dade police stated.
